THE JOB

We are seeking an Outside Sales Rep to manage and grow a defined territory in the Portland, Oregon market.

This is an outside, territory-based sales role focused on building long-term relationships with hotels, management groups, and lodging properties. You will serve as a trusted business partner to your accounts — helping them source the supplies they need to operate successfully.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing existing accounts within your territory
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Calling on Directors of Housekeeping, General Managers, and Operations leaders
  • Presenting a broad catalog of thousands of products across multiple categories
  • Resolving order issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Forecasting territory performance and managing sales goals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with procurement, merchandising, and operations teams


This is a four-day-per-week field-based role with one administrative day. The position is remote-based, and you must reside within the territory.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
  • Experience in distribution, supply, packaging, janitorial, hospitality, or similar multi-SKU environments
  • Proven ability to manage a geographic territory independently
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills
  • Experience selling to operational decision-makers
  • Comfortable managing recurring reorder cycles and upselling within accounts
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory

Preferred:

  • Hospitality operations background (e.g., former hotel GM or operations leader transitioning into sales)
  • Experience in high-SKU catalog-based sales environments
