THE JOB

This is a field-based Territory Sales Representative role for a true hunter. You’ll own a defined territory, prospect apartment communities in person, build relationships with property managers, and close new business. This is not a desk job - success comes from being in the field, showing up consistently, and building trust.


Responsibilities include:

  • Daily in-person prospecting within your territory
  • Meeting and building relationships with property managers
  • Running demos and closing new accounts
  • Managing accounts after close to support long-term success
  • Tracking activity and pipeline in a CRM


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
  • Proven success with cold prospecting and new business development
  • Comfortable working independently in a territory
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in face-to-face selling
  • Grit, resilience, and a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field daily
  • Multifamily experience is not required.
