THE JOB
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new recurring revenue and expand market presence across Wisconsin. This is a pure hunter role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new managed I.T. service contracts with companies typically ranging from 10–100 employees.
Operating with high autonomy, the BDM will leverage local B2B networks, attend regional business and networking events, manage the full sales cycle, and work closely with technical teams to scope and present I.T. solutions. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, consistent prospecting activity, and the ability to quickly generate meetings from existing contacts.
This is a field-facing role with statewide travel, and the ideal candidate is based in or near Greater Milwaukee.
