This is a small, hands-on business where the sales team plays a visible role in the market. You will help manage existing customer relationships, rebuild awareness with past customers, and grow new business throughout the territory.
THE JOB:
As the sole Outside Sales Representative on the team, you will manage and grow a Northern California territory. You will be responsible for building relationships with contractors and landscape-related customers, maintaining existing accounts, developing new business, and identifying opportunities tied to active projects.
This is a true field sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting customers in person, and building long-term relationships rather than sitting behind a desk all day.
