THE JOB

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by managing the operational workflows that drive revenue. This position sits at the intersection of sales, logistics, and customer support, ensuring that orders, proposals, and client requests are executed accurately and efficiently. This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage order processing from quote to fulfillment
  • Support proposal creation and client documentation
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting teams
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, timelines, and issues
  • Handle billing adjustments, invoice corrections, and reconciliations
  • Assist with site planning and project setup
  • Maintain accuracy across systems and internal workflows



THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business support, or similar roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and customer-facing)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in environments with evolving processes


THE BENEFITS
