Our client is a leading provider of comprehensive integrated risk and compliance software / SaaS, serving HR and Legal departments worldwide. They take pride in developing their employees through training sessions, creating career paths, and boasting an energetic culture with an experienced sales staff.


They are actively hiring software salespeople to join their mid-market sales team.


THE JOB:

As an experienced Account Executive, you will drive new-logo sales growth targeting mid-market (1000-6000 headcount) firms.


Day-to-day, your role will involve inside activity (phone/email/virtual), identifying opportunities, and delivering solution-focused online presentations to close deals. Using a consultative (Challenger) sales approach, you'll leverage Salesforce CRM to manage your sales pipeline. There will be extensive initial and ongoing sales and product training to set you up for success.


You will have the ability to achieve income and career growth into higher-level sales roles or leadership positions, depending on your goals!

 

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience
  • Software sales experience targeting firms with 1000-6000 employees
  • Experience selling to C-suite, HR, Legal, and/or Compliance departments preferred
  • Hunter mentality, comfortable sourcing and closing deals (with plenty of lead support!)
  • MUST live in the USA (cannot hire in California, Alaska, Hawaii, West Virginia, Massachusetts, Vermont, Rhode Island)
