THE JOB:
The Outside Sales Parts & Service Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction by selling parts and services within the Albureque territory. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on achieving sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, and introducing innovative products to clients.
- Build and maintain customer accounts to consistently achieve sales goals.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
- Oversee costs, materials, and delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
- Prepare competitive bids and negotiate contracts with confidence.
- Address customer inquiries and manage equipment installations effectively.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in parts and service sales, preferably within the trucking industry.
- A reputation for being trustworthy, dependable, and skilled in building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to align with pricing strategies.
