THE JOB

The Account Manager – Enterprise (Florida) is responsible for driving revenue growth across Central and South Florida enterprise accounts. This individual will directly own relationships with Fortune 1000 customers, developing account strategies, prospecting into new and existing accounts, and selling solutions that improve network visibility, performance assurance, and cybersecurity. The Account Manager partners closely with Sales Engineers to deliver technical expertise, builds high-level C-suite relationships, and ensures customer success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a defined territory across Central and South Florida.
  • Building and executing a territory plan to penetrate and expand enterprise accounts.
  • Consistently developing and maintaining a 4x quota pipeline.
  • Driving new business development while expanding within existing clients.
  • Navigating and influencing multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Ensuring compliance with company sales processes and revenue recognition policies.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will be a proven enterprise technology sales professional who thrives in complex solution sales environments. Requirements include:

  • 6+ years of sales experience in computer networking, service assurance, NPM, or APM.
  • Track record of consistent quota achievement and territory growth.
  • Established network of enterprise/C-level relationships in Florida.
  • Deep understanding of networking and cybersecurity technology.
  • Strong prospecting skills with ability to source, pursue, and close new business.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience with large enterprise accounts, particularly Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and work independently in the field.
