This organization has impacted millions worldwide through live events, immersive programs, and high-ticket education experiences designed to create measurable transformation. They are now launching a ground-up on-site sales team that will serve as a critical revenue engine tied directly to large-scale events and premium client experiences.
THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performance on-site sales team in Scottsdale. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will recruit, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to convert inbound event-driven opportunities into high-ticket enrollments.
You will:
- Build and manage a 10–15-person sales team
- Conduct daily call reviews and live coaching
- Refine scripts and objection handling frameworks
- Train both 1-to-1 consultative selling and front-of-room enrollment tactics
- Drive accountability and performance standards
- Build a disciplined, energized sales floor culture
- Partner with executive leadership to ensure revenue predictability
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–10+ years of progressive sales experience
- 5+ years leading and developing sales teams
- Experience managing 10+ direct reports
- High-ticket consultative B2C sales experience ($5K–$50K+)
- Front-of-room or 1-to-many presentation selling experience
- Deep experience in coaching call reviews and objection handling
- Track record of building or scaling a sales team
- Strong emotional regulation and grounded leadership presence
- Experience in event-based, seminar-driven, coaching, or premium education environments preferred
THE BENEFITS
- $120,000 base salary
- $180,000–$200,000+ on-target earnings (uncapped)
