THE JOB

We are seeking a Vice President of Defense Sales to drive new business within the Department of War. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for building and closing net-new opportunities within a defined territory.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS, data, or analytics solutions into DoD/DoW
  • Proven track record closing $1M–$2M+ deals
  • Full-cycle sales experience (prospecting through close)
  • Experience selling directly to DoD stakeholders (non-technical buyers preferred)
  • Active or eligible security clearance
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, VA and travel as needed


THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $180K – $200K
  • OTE: $350K – $450K+
  • Top performers earning $500K–$600K

  • Direct ownership of territory and revenue
