THE JOB

This Outside Sales role focuses on winning new business, growing existing accounts, and taking over an established book of business in the Phoenix area. The position is based out of the East Valley branch, with Mondays in-office work mixed with field time. The right person will own full-cycle sales, drive territory development, and build strong customer relationships. They are looking for a high performer with leadership potential.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience
• Experience selling into construction, industrial, or equipment-related environments
• Ability to manage and grow an inherited book of business
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable with field-based schedules

Preferred

• Background in modular buildings, equipment rental, or related industries
• Leadership exposure (team lead, mentoring, or similar)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
