THE JOB
Our client is hiring a Marketing Operations Lead to keep campaigns running smoothly and ensure their marketing engine performs at its best. You’ll manage marketing systems, coordinate campaigns, and support digital and event initiatives across the team.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and launch email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot.
- Manage data flow and campaign tracking between HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Run and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns.
- Coordinate industry events and trade shows—logistics, vendors, assets, and follow-up.
- Support marketing automation, analytics, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with content, sales, and leadership to keep marketing projects on track.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations or coordination (tech, SaaS, or data analytics highly preferred).
- Skilled in HubSpot and Salesforce (required).
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, or PPC).
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with Canva, Adobe, Balsamiq, or SEO/marketing automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
THE BENEFITS

Salary: $70,000–$95,000 base (depending on experience)
