THE JOB

The National Account Executive will own the full-cycle sales process and focus on winning new enterprise-level clients across manufacturing and distribution verticals. You’ll be tasked with building and managing a book of national, multi-location clients with the ability to sell across 18 integrated service brands. Sales cycles range from 4–12 months, and deal sizes are often $1M+ in recurring revenue. You’ll work closely with internal ops teams and leadership to scope complex facility service packages that deliver national consistency with local expertise. This is a remote role targeting candidates based in the Central or Eastern time zones, with national travel as needed.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Build target account lists and manage a full-funnel enterprise sales process
  • Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close national janitorial and bundled service contracts
  • Cross-sell a range of facility services (janitorial, landscaping, consumables, etc.)
  • Execute outbound cadences using CRM, cold calls, email, and platform engagement
  • Track and report sales metrics and pipeline activity regularly
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals of $3M in year one and $7M–$10M in year two
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and consultative expertise in high-stakes enterprise environments


THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience in janitorial, facility services, HVAC, security, or landscaping
  • Experience closing multi-site, multi-state contracts with Fortune 1000 or similar clients
  • Proven track record of exceeding $5M–$10M annual sales quotas
  • Strong outbound prospecting, deal structuring, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with long-cycle sales and navigating complex buying committees
  • Tech-savvy: CRM, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with drive, grit, and independence
  • Must be based in Eastern or Central U.S. and able to travel nationally


THE BENEFITS

  • Base salary: $120,000–$130,000 (depending on experience and region)
  • Uncapped commission: 3% of top-line revenue
  • OTE at $5M in sales: $250,000–$300,000+
