THE POSITION

The National Sales Executive is the organization’s top-priority sales hire, responsible for driving new logo acquisition across all 50 states. This is a true hunter role, focused exclusively on 100% net-new business development. This opportunity is ideal for a proven national performer who can build pipeline independently, lead complex discovery cycles, and close large recurring service agreements without reliance on inbound leads, SDR support, or account expansion.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive net-new business development nationwide
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → close → handoff
  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic targeting
  • Sell large, recurring service agreements (not one-time projects)
  • Engage executive-level stakeholders across multi-site organizations
  • Partner closely with leadership and operations post-close


LOCATION & TRAVEL

  • Nationwide territory covering all 50 states
  • Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern Time Zones
  • Role is approximately 90% remote, with travel as needed


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $125K–$140K
  • Commission: 3% of top-line revenue, uncapped
  • On-Target Earnings: $250K–$300K+
  • Annual Quota: ~$5M
  • Strong operational support and executive visibility
  • High autonomy and uncapped upside for top producers
