THE JOB

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to expand the company’s footprint in the San Jose/Bay Area and across North America. This individual will focus on driving new client acquisition, cultivating executive-level relationships, and positioning the company as a premier partner for technology outsourcing and digital solutions.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prospecting and engaging decision-makers at mid-size to enterprise organizations.
  • Leading the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close.
  • Partnering with delivery teams to design tailored software and IT service solutions.
  • Representing the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Consistently achieving revenue targets and pipeline growth objectives.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales within technology, IT services, or consulting.
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new business, ideally with offshore/outsourcing or software development solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology landscapes (cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, DevOps, Salesforce).
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or technical background preferred.
