Experience and Competencies Required:
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; a master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or executive search within a corporate environment.
Technical Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM tools (preferably Loxo).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a refined aesthetic sense for ensuring quality and consistency.

Functional Description:
- Study project criteria and parameters as specified in agreement letters and contact records; actively contribute to the research planning phase to align with project goals.
- Take the initiative to build a clear and objective understanding of each assigned research project, ensuring accurate focus and direction in research activities.
- Conduct thorough research to accurately identify target companies and potential candidates who align with project criteria.
- Apply resourceful and creative research techniques to tackle challenging tasks, maintaining steady weekly progress and achieving tangible outcomes for assignments.
- Engage with candidates to present opportunities, assess their fit with search criteria, and document findings systematically in the database.
- Create accurate, analytical, and well-documented reports for team review, ensuring information is comprehensive and useful.
- Enter data accurately into databases and relevant folders, regularly auditing for accuracy and completeness to uphold data integrity.
- Assist in innovation initiatives by supporting automation, process optimization, and template creation to streamline candidate identification and outreach methods.
- Support the Business Development team and Engagement Managers by sharing insights on market trends, industry shifts, and developments within targeted companies, and identify prospective clients and key executives for potential business engagement.
