Your New Role  

As a Pallet Controller, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and maintaining equipment control of CHEP and Loscam pallets. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely data entry of transactions, managing trading partner relationships, providing guidance to the operations team, and optimizing pallet control accuracy to reduce costs and eliminate losses. 

Your Key Responsibilities; 

• Coordinate and maintain equipment control of pallets. 
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry of transactions. 
• Manage customer relationships. 
• Optimize pallet control accuracy and traceability. 
• Resolve pallet rejections and discrepancies. 
• Prepare detailed reports to provide insights to the business. 
• Maintain pallet paperwork. 

What you’ll need to succeed 

• Previous experience in transport/logistics industry as a Pallet Controller/Administrator/ Customer Service Representative. 
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge of pallet control software / CRM 
• Self-motivated with adaptability in a fast-paced environment. 
• MS Office package knowledge.
