The Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our distribution operations. Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, and packing tyre products to fulfil customer orders. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Safely and efficiently store products in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper packaging and labelling.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience
• High level of physical fitness.
• Forklift licence
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning and development.
• Willingness to work day or afternoon shifts as required, occasionally including weekends and overtime.
