We are currently seeking reliable staff with a background in removalist work to join our team and contribute to our continued success. 

Position Overview: As an MR Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of our clients' belongings. Your responsibilities will include driving our fleet of medium rigid (MR) vehicles, loading and unloading furniture and other items, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Load and unload furniture, appliances, and other items with care and precision 
• Secure cargo to prevent shifting or damage during transportation 
• Assist with packing and unpacking of items as needed 
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times, as you will be dealing directly with clients 
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow 
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness 
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of vehicles and work areas 
• Have at least 1 year of experience driving MR vehicles and 1 year of experience in removalist roles 
• Be well-spoken and able to effectively communicate with clients 
• Reside in or be willing to travel to the Geebung area 
• Available to work full days between 6 – 12 hours, at least 4 days a week between Monday – Saturday 

Qualifications: 

• Valid MR driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Previous experience in removalist or labouring roles 
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety 
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required 
• Forklift license and/or experience operating other equipment (preferred but not required)
