Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operator to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate must have high reach forklift experience and be ready to hit the ground running with minimal training. You will be responsible for picking orders, including cartons, 15-25kg bags, and pallets, as well as receipting new stock for multiple clients. The role also involves loading and unloading trucks, RF scanning, and performing general warehouse duties. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable. This is a full-time position with the potential to transition to permanent employment for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Picking: Efficiently pick and pack orders, including cartons, bags (15-25kg), and pallets, across multiple client accounts.
• Stock Receipting: Process incoming stock and accurately update inventory for various clients.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely operate high reach forklifts to load and unload trucks, move pallets, and store goods in the warehouse.
• RF Scanning: Utilise RF scanners to manage order picking, stock receivables, and inventory tracking.
• Warehouse Management Systems: Work with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to input and manage data, ensuring stock accuracy.
• General Warehouse Duties: Maintain an organised and clean warehouse environment, ensuring safe and efficient workflow.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations while operating machinery and handling goods.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High Reach Forklift Experience: Proven experience operating high reach forklifts is essential. Must have a valid forklift license.
• Order Picking & RF Scanning: Previous experience picking orders and using RF scanners is a must.
• WMS Knowledge: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to handle cartons, bags (15-25kg), and pallets on a daily basis.
• Quick Learner: Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently without requiring extensive training.
• Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently as needed.
• Full-Time Commitment: Must be looking for a full-time role with potential to transition to a permanent position.
