Position Overview: As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods and materials to various locations. While experience operating a truck-mounted crane is highly desirable, it is not a requirement. We provide full training for the right candidate, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate HR trucks to transport goods to designated sites
• Load and unload materials using appropriate techniques and equipment
• Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and logbooks
• Work closely with the operations team to meet delivery schedules
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues to management
• Assist with crane operations (if experienced)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid HR driver’s license (essential)
• Truck-mounted crane experience (desirable but not necessary)
• Excellent driving record and knowledge of road transport laws
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and customer service focus
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
