Hpeople is looking for a trades assistant for our client in Crestmead! Our clients aren't offering just a workplace; it's a thriving hub of innovation and teamwork. They are a bespoke company in metal fabrications. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a dynamic team, this is the place for you! This role features 6 am starts, 38 hour weeks, $32 ph and any overtime at penalty rates! Do 4-8 weeks casually and then transition into permanency!

Key Responsibilities:

• Dive into the action by supporting our tradespeople with various tasks, from fabrication, welding and more!
• Get hands-on with the assembly and fabrication of our top-quality steel products.
• Champion cleanliness and organization in the workplace to ensure efficiency.
• Uphold our commitment to safety standards and protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Hand tool experience a must
• Welding experience and aptitude ESSENTIAL
• Trades apprentices or qualifications are encouraged to apply
• Attention to detail is your middle name, and you're always ready to tackle any task with gusto.
