Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding techniques, particularly in metal fabrication and assembly. As a Welder, you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring that our trailers are constructed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding tasks according to specifications and blueprints
• Fabricate and assemble metal components for trailers
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
• Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Valid welding certification or trade qualification is preferred
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures
