Hpeople is recruiting skilled Machine Operators for our client in Crestmead, a leader in delivering premium cable solutions across multiple industries. This isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to be part of a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative team!

Enjoy a rotating shift schedule (38 hours across 4 days, Monday to Friday) with a competitive hourly rate of $33 and weekend overtime at $49.50 per hour.

Shift Details:

• Week 1: Mon-Wed (6 AM – 4 PM), Thurs (6 AM – 2 PM)
• Week 2: Mon-Wed (4 PM – 2 AM), Thurs (4 PM – 10 PM)

About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll work alongside a talented production team to deliver exceptional results. This role offers an exciting blend of challenges, skill development, and opportunities to shine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery efficiently according to established guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust machine performance for optimal production.
• Perform routine maintenance and address minor mechanical issues.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects.
• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating machinery in a production environment.
• Familiarity with hand tools; welding experience is a bonus!
• Apprentices or trades-qualified individuals encouraged to apply.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
