Title: Regional / National Sales Manager

Employment type: Full Time

Compensation:  Base salary 100 to 130K USD + Sales commission + competitive benefits plan

Location: The role will work from home remotely and business travel in the USA.  


Responsibilities  

  • Market Research and Segmentation: Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities in both new and existing markets across the area, focusing on key customer segments and regional differences.
  • Tailored Marketing and Sales Campaigns: Develop and implement customized marketing and sales strategies that cater to the unique needs of customers in various regions, using targeted digital and traditional channels.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations: Build partnerships with local businesses and distributors to enhance market reach, leverage existing networks, and facilitate smoother market entry and expansion.


Requirements​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in market development, sales, or marketing within the heavy equipment or telehandler industry in the U.S.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive landscape in the construction equipment sector
  • ​Proven ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies and partnership initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • ​Ability to travel within the U.S. as needed
