What You’ll Do

• Educate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in technical, creative, and guest service skills.
• Foster an inspiring learning environment where students feel supported, motivated, and encouraged to succeed.
• Lead by example, modeling professionalism and creativity.
• Support student development through hands-on teaching, feedback, and coaching.
• Engage in team trainings and school-wide activities that keep energy high and growth continuous.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience instructing in a cosmetology program (preferred but not required).
• Current Idaho Cosmetology Instructor license.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students with enthusiasm and positivity.
• A collaborative team player with a solid work history and verifiable references.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a genuine desire to help others grow.
• Honesty, professionalism, and creativity.
