Senior Interior Designer
Seattle, WA
$120,000 to $165,000
Do you ever feel boxed in or held back creatively?
Maybe you’re stuck doing commodity work, churning out the same thing over and over. Or maybe you’re pigeonholed into a specific project type.
Whatever the case, here’s your chance to flex your design muscles.
You'll be pushed to explore and implement innovative ideas with the goal of creating meaningful, lasting impact.
You’ll work alongside the design partners to develop initial concepts, lead design teams through the design and development of interior spaces, and present these solutions to clients along the way.
And as a design leader in the studio, you'll be mentoring the next generation of designers to reach their creative potential.
Typically, you’ll have 3-5 projects on the go at once. While the work is diverse and ever-changing, you can expect to jump into hospitality and workplace projects right away, with high-end residential in the mix down the line.
I don’t need to tell you what your day-to-day looks like, you know that better than I do, but there are three key areas you’ll need to be strong in to succeed in this role:
You'll be in the office five days a week with 36 other like-minded creatives, all working to craft immersive experiences that engage the senses.
I appreciate that your CV and portfolio may not be up-to-date. No problem, just send me what you have (LinkedIn profiles are OK too).
