Milan, Italy | Remote


About the Role

This is a sales role focusing on finding the customers, introducing the products to the market and managing the growth of the territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales, developing the distribution network, training for installation and customer’s sales team. You will also be responsible to “interpret” the offering to the Italy market and provide feedback to the General Manager about product acceptance and market requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow and adhere to the core values.
  • Identify potential customers and partners; introduce the company and product range; and establish relationships in the territory.
  • Coordinating activities with local partners to promote the products.
  • Provide sales training to resellers customers teams and product training to local installation teams.
  • Manage all sales aspects of our trading in the territory, ultimately responsible for the relationship between the company and its customers.
  • Achievement of the sales budget.
  • Contact and networking with interest groups, associations, and architects
  • Establish a network of screen dealers.
  • Ensure the ERP system has the correct customer information, discount structure, order status, warranty, and any other relevant information.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications and experience working with senior leadership.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Native speaker and professional level of English skills.
  • Ability to interpret offer to local market expectations.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation and sales skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing contacts within the doors and windows manufacturing industry in Italy.
  • Experience working with foreign company selling in Italy.
  • Experience in business development, opening new markets.
