Key Responsibilities

• Co- Design and Optimization of Supplier Project Management, Quality, Purchasing, Procurement and Logistics Processes to increase Effectiveness and Efficiency.

• Purchasing Support with price and other negotiations with Suppliers

• Quality Planning, Audits and Coordination with our Quality Management.

• Procurement and Logistics Support, Capacity Planning with suppliers in order to insure on time deliveries.

•Close Cooperation with internal upstream and downstream Departments or Sites and Service Providers.

• New Supplier management, Analysis and Evaluation together with internal Departments as well as conducting Contract Negotiations.

• Clarification of various Legal Aspects with internal and external Independent Identification of savings Opportunity as well as regular Reporting of Procurement Topics and KPI.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Batchelor’s degree in Technical Engineering and Supply Chain related fields.

• Over 5 years professional experience in Project Management, QM, SCM and Purchasing Activities, preferred in Automotive Industry.

• Several years of Experience on Cooperation with global Team to handle international Quality and Purchasing Process.

• Excellent MS- Office and English (oral and writing) Skills.

• Methodological Skills in the in Quality and Project Management.

• Communicative and open- minded Personality as well as an absolute Reliability, Resilience and Flexibility.

• Analytical and Solution-oriented thinking as well as a structured, methodical and accurate way of working.

• Working Location is from Home (via Home Office), preferred in Ho Chi Minh City.
