HR Operations:
Employees Life cycle management with database, which provides payroll information.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, such as payroll service providers and HRIS vendors, ensuring service levels and performance standards are met.
Responsible on HR Letters, statutory (PF ESI other labour returns), Audit requirements
Payroll:
Responsible on Payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing and overseeing of payroll for all Moder employees.
Payroll operations, policies, and procedures, and stay updated on relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies effectively.
Reporting and Analysis:
Follow Payroll operations metrics, reports. Improve HR operations effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve the process.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Mitigate HR-related risks by implementing appropriate controls and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (5 years+) in Payroll and HR Operations with a track record of progressive leadership.
Knowledge of best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
