Service Operations Specialist

Customer Service

  • Provide administrative support and manage customer relations, primarily with end-users and prospects in the market.
  • Collaborate closely with all functions in Japan (Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing).
  • Process service-related tasks in Salesforce Service Cloud. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service performance, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Operations

  • Coordinate local inventory control and logistics in daily cooperation with the Logistics Team and warehouse
  • Maintain and update the local inventory list (currently in Excel) and distribute it to all retailers twice a week.

Administration

  • Perform finance-related system tasks, including PO creation and invoice processing
  • Oversee office maintenance and provide ad-hoc assistance as requested.

Competencies Required:

  • Native-level Japanese
  • Business-level English
  • Strong IT and system literacy
  • Computer proficiency: Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory; ability to quickly learn and work with service systems

Work Location:

Tokyo, Japan (On-site work required)
