Customer Service
- Provide administrative support and manage customer relations, primarily with end-users and prospects in the market.
- Collaborate closely with all functions in Japan (Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing).
- Process service-related tasks in Salesforce Service Cloud. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service performance, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Operations
- Coordinate local inventory control and logistics in daily cooperation with the Logistics Team and warehouse
- Maintain and update the local inventory list (currently in Excel) and distribute it to all retailers twice a week.
Administration
- Perform finance-related system tasks, including PO creation and invoice processing
- Oversee office maintenance and provide ad-hoc assistance as requested.
Competencies Required:
- Native-level Japanese
- Business-level English
- Strong IT and system literacy
- Computer proficiency: Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory; ability to quickly learn and work with service systems
