About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible to generate sales from Saudi Arabia and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned territory. Responsible for establishing and building sustainable relationships with the customers and reseller partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements.
  • Negotiate significant profitable opportunities both with new and existing key accounts.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion efforts, leveraging your sales acumen to nurture prospects and achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Accountable for business portfolio of USD 2.5 to USD 4 million.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions to customers and ensure seamless execution.
  • Research, analyse and assess the business needs of each assigned account to determine how it can best align itself as a partner for all current and future MRO needs.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s in business administration, engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in technical sales, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Ability to identify new business opportunities, develop strategies, and close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and provide effective solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Commitment to staying updated with industry trends.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
  • Sales Experience in Aviation, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, R&D accounts a plus.
  • Flexibility to handle diverse challenges and environments.
