Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President will oversee the customer and the customer interface with the product and service offering, making sure that all functions of the organisation are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives. Driving sales activities within the Region.
Responsibilities:
Expert knowledge of the services and products: delivering against objectives and goals. Implementing and maintaining sales processes: designed to achieve specific sales objectives. Marketing, sales, product development and customer service focused: to drive business growth and market share.
Contract management excellence: customer relations management, maintaining and winning new contracts.
Digitally focused: ensuring a forward-looking approach, greater adoption of digital capabilities, technology endowment, agility, and evolution to a more tech-savvy sales workforce, meeting the needs of the customer and the way they want to work (virtual and face-to-face channels).
Delivering customer insights: data or research, analysing information about the customer, so that opportunities can be identified, and existing valuable customers can be retained.
Powering new product launches: Assist in the launch of new products and services with capabilities that can speed time to market.
P&L responsibility: driving EBITDA & other financial targets.
