Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst:
Here’s What We’re Looking For: (Qualifications Section)
● 1-3 years of experience in sales compensation, financial operations, revenue operations, or similar analytical roles
● Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills (English language required)
● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and CRM (Salesforce); experience working with compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ) is a plus
● High attention to detail, curiosity critical thinking, and rigorous data validation skills; comfortable investigating and resolving discrepancies and data anomalies
● Responsibility for handling sensitive pay and performance data with high integrity and confidentiality
● Ability to work independently across EST time zones (overlapping with Boston USA and Western EU), meet deadlines on time with high quality output, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
