Role: Technical Support Engineer – Taiwan
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and issue resolution
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products at customer sites
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers and partners
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports
- Support after-sales service and ensure timely response to customer inquiries
- Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and product feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related)
- Experience in technical support, field service, or related roles
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan (minaly Hsinchu, Taoyuan and occasionally overseas if required)
- Experience in PCBA/ equipment / industrial products is a plus
