Role: Technical Support Engineer – Taiwan

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and issue resolution
  • Support installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products at customer sites
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers and partners
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain accurate service records and prepare technical reports
  • Support after-sales service and ensure timely response to customer inquiries
  • Participate in continuous improvement of service processes and product feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related)
  • Experience in technical support, field service, or related roles
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel within Taiwan (minaly Hsinchu, Taoyuan and occasionally overseas if required)
  • Experience in PCBA/ equipment / industrial products is a plus
