The Digital Experience Center supports a diverse international workforce and teaching and learning services. They bring together IT support, digital learning support, and service desk functions into one coordinated service. The main goal is to ensure that students and staff can access and use digital tools smoothly—whether they are on campus or studying and working remotely from international locations.
Service Center Analyst role:
The Service Center Analyst acts as the first point of contact within the Digital Experience Center, supporting a global workforce and teaching and learning services.
The role provides frontline support and incident resolution while maintaining Experience Level Agreements (XLAs). It also delivers initial guidance, identifies issues, and contributes to continual service improvement by addressing gaps in the digital user journey across the global environment.
