• Track time, attendance, paid time off and leave requests, and prepare routine HR reports.
• Coordinate recruiting logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and applicant status tracking.
• Prepare HR documentation and correspondence from approved templates, including offer letters and employment verifications.
• Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions about policies, time off and HR processes, escalating complex matters appropriately.
• Assist with the drafting and upkeep of HR policies, procedures and the employee handbook.
• Support benefits and payroll administration in coordination with external vendors and brokers.
• Maintain the organizational chart and headcount records.
• Track HR compliance deadlines and required documentation, and escalate items requiring approval or signature.
• Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit documentation and equipment return.
• Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned.

• Proven discretion in handling confidential employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and comfort learning new systems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with an HRIS or payroll platform such as ADP, BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto or similar.
