Job Role:

• Ability to create clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• General understanding of D365 modules (Finance and Operations, Customer Engagement, etc.).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with D365 configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of D365 data structures and business processes.
• Broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and development tools.
• Basic comprehension of X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Self-lead, meticulous review of system logs, error messages, and test results.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify potential defects.
• Strong attention to detail and a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and process.
• General knowledge of Azure DevOps
• General knowledge of Power BI and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Basic understanding of database concepts and data validation

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency/certifications in reading/interpreting X++, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience with software testing, inclusive of 2+ years ERP testing
• 1+ year of experience with set up and implementation of automated testing
