ERP Integration Specialist
WD-40 Company exists to create positive lasting memories in everything we do. Our global D365 F&O backbone is the system that keeps products moving, finance closing, and markets growing. As ERP Integration Specialist you will own the connections that make that backbone work—designing, building, and governing integrations so data flows cleanly across Salesforce, SnapLogic, Atlas, and country-specific systems while we expand from the Americas into EMEA and beyond. This is not a ticket-taker role. You will solve the hard integration problems that determine whether the next go-live succeeds.
Performance Objectives
- Deliver production-ready integrations that keep global D365 F&O, Salesforce, and ISV platforms in sync with <1% error rates and documented SLAs within the first 90 days.
- Map, design, and implement end-to-end data flows (finance, OTC, procurement, manufacturing) that support multi-country localization, tax, and regulatory requirements without breaking the global template.
- Own the integration backlog: triage, prioritize with architects and process leads, build/test in non-production, and close enhancements before they become production incidents.
- Establish and enforce integration standards, monitoring, and error-handling so the live environment stays audit-ready and performant across time zones.
- Partner with the Solutions Architect and implementation specialists to evaluate Microsoft and ISV updates, recommend adoption, and execute upgrades that add value without disruption.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex integration failures during go-lives and hypercare, restoring service and capturing lessons for the next market.
Environment & Resources
You join the global ERP implementation team, reporting to IT leadership and working daily with the Solutions Architect, Finance/OTC Business Process Leads, developers, and ISVs. Tools include D365 F&O, SnapLogic, Salesforce, Azure DevOps, and our existing integration patterns. You will have clear ownership, agile cadence, and the latitude to set standards as the EMEA rollout approaches. Occasional travel (~4 weeks/year) supports critical go-lives.
Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on experience designing and operating ERP integrations in a live, multi-country D365 F&O environment (Finance + Operations modules).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure integration designs using middleware (SnapLogic or equivalent) and REST/OData patterns.
- Track record diagnosing and resolving production integration issues across GL, AP/AR, sales, and inventory without creating downstream breakage.
- Comfort working across cultures and time zones with architects, process leads, and vendors; you ask the right questions and drive alignment.
- Strong documentation and testing habits so finance and operations teams can trust the data they see every day.
Role Selling Points
- Real momentum: Americas live, EMEA launching—your work shapes the next chapter of a 70-year brand.
- Purpose-driven tribe: 90%+ engagement, values we actually live, and a culture that respects your time (short-day Fridays, winter shutdown).
- Ownership over maintenance: you set the integration architecture, not just keep the lights on.
- Profit sharing, strong benefits, and a learning culture that invests in the people who keep things moving smoothly.
