What you’ll be working on

• Ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems through robust testing practices.
• Driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Working closely with developers, product owners and business stakeholders to define, execute and continuously improve our testing strategy.
• Designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites alongside targeted manual testing where appropriate.
• Being part of a team that wants to push boundaries and drive us to deliver industry-leading software with confidence.

Tech experience that will help you succeed in the role:

• Strong experience in software Quality Assurance across web applications and APIs.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured or equivalent.
• Experience testing .NET applications, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Good understanding of Azure cloud services and testing cloud-based applications.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to validate data, write SQL queries and verify data integrity.
• Experience with performance, load and integration testing.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of security testing principles and an understanding of secure software development.
• Experience working with test management tools such as Azure Test Plans or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience using AI-assisted testing and development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code or Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and test coverage.
• Desirable: Experience creating and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar.
• Desirable: Experience integrating automated testing into Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
