We have partnered with a fast-growing lender that's expanding its Commercial Loan division—and they’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Commercial Loan Officer to help lead the charge. This is a great fit for someone who knows the commercial real estate space and thrives on deal-making. In this position you’ll:
- Build and grow a network of investors, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
- Source and structure deals from start to finish, including credit analysis, compliance, and closing.
- Drive new business and long-term partnerships with a focus on speed, service, and smart lending.

Loan Origination & Business Development
- Proactively source and develop new commercial lending opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry involvement.
- Meet with prospective clients, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers to understand their financing needs and to promote bridge loan products.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial bridge loan opportunities.
- Structure competitive loan solutions aligned with client goals and company loan products.
- Collaborate with underwriters, analysts, and processors to ensure smooth and timely closings.
Loan Analysis
- Collect, review, and analyze property financial statements, personal financials, appraisals, and business plans.
- Assess borrower creditworthiness and property financial strength.
- Prepare loan recommendations for funding approval.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all lending practices comply with federal, state, and internal regulations.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date loan documentation and client records.
About you:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial lending, banking, or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or a related field highly preferred.
- Active lending license registration as a mortgage loan originator (NMLS).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, underwriting, and risk assessment.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and credit reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build long-term client partnerships.
- Skilled with CRM platforms and Excel.
Pay type: 100% Commission
