We have a client hiring a Junior Dispositions & Lending Associate to support their acquisitions exit pipeline and help cross-sell hard money loans. You’ll play a key supporting role in the disposition of investment properties and the introduction of financing options to buyers. This is an ideal position for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited about the real estate investment space.
What you’ll be doing:
Dispositions Support:
- Manage communication with buyer leads via phone, text, and CRM
- Coordinate walkthroughs, inspections, and buyer follow-ups
- Help package and distribute deals to our investor list
- Support the Dispositions Manager with pipeline tracking and closing coordination
Hard Money Lending Cross-Sell:
- Introduce hard money loan offerings to investor buyers
- Collect basic borrower information and coordinate warm hand-offs
- Track referred loan activity and follow up with loan processors
- Ensure qualified leads are submitted to our loan partners for funding
Systems & Tracking:
- Maintain accurate notes and statuses in Podio, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
- Report weekly on deals touched, referrals made, and commissions earned
- Participate in team huddles and status meetings
About you:
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, wholesaling, lending, or transaction coordination preferred
- Comfortable with investor conversations, deal flow tracking, and light financial terminology
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive
- Willing to learn creative finance and investment strategy
Growth Opportunity
Potential to move into full Dispositions Manager or hybrid Loan Officer role with increased deal volume, loan commissions, and higher pay structure based on performance.
Pay: Base + Commission. $45,000/year, W-2, Non-Exempt. (hourly equivalent ~$21.64/hr, eligible for overtime)
Location: Remote role to be performed in San Diego, CA. This position requires onsite property visits and in-person trainings.
