The Preventative Maintenance Account Manager Position

The Preventative Maintenance Account Manager creates relationships with new and existing customers by selling Preventative Maintenance agreements on all commercial service equipment sold by Dee Cramer. This includes prospecting customers, qualifying sales opportunities, estimating the work, and performing in a way that creates the highest probability of continued sales success.

 

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with RFP development
  • Support Operations by completing accurate sales paperwork and providing updates
  • Conduct site inspections, collect data, and accurately estimate pricing for services
  • Maintaing detailed customer records in the CRM system

 

Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Preventative Maintenance Account Manager

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience required
  • Experience/knowledge of HVAC services and/or sales experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and ability to influence and build relationships
  • Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented skills

 

Compensation, Benefits, & Structure of the Preventative Maintenance Account Manager Position

This position includes a competitive base salary plus commissions, as well as an annual profit-sharing bonus program. Comprehensive benefits are offered including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with profit-sharing contributions, paid holidays, and paid time off. Local travel to customer locations occurs most days, with the remaining work hours completed in the Holly, MI office.
