The Packaging Operator Position

The Packaging Operator will have the ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment, streamline production flow, communicate, and work well with a multitude of personalities, and want longevity in a brand that is rapidly expanding. Responsibilities include rotating through various production processes, assembling shipment boxes, conducting quality inspections, and maintaining a clean work environment. Flexibility is key as duties may evolve over time.

 

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Packaging Operator Position

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, twisting, and stooping tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and identify workflow inefficiencies for process improvement.
  • Previous work-related experience preferred.
