The Project Engineer Position

The Company is looking to add a Project Engineer to its team based on their continued growth. This position provides the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the business and financial side of construction along with field experience working on projects from the ground up. The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the team in all aspects of the construction project, including its planning, bidding, construction, and closeout.

The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager and the Superintendents in preparing project schedules, logistic plans, work scopes, and management of the project document control process utilizing the Company’s project management system.


The Project Engineer role includes limited travel and the unique opportunity to directly impact the continued success of the Company.


Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Project Engineer Position

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or equivalent experience is required
  • 2 years of experience in a Project Engineer role is preferred
  • Effective problem solving and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Sage, Procore, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD

The position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience. The Recruitment Process for the Project Engineer Position
