The Project Manager Position

Due to organic growth, the Company is hiring a Project Manager to join its team. The Project Manager will play a vital role in creating a seamless execution in electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The duties of the Project Manager includes:

·       Managing NETA electrical maintenance and acceptance testing projects including work orders, vendor management, and routine communication with field staff and clients

·       Managing field staff by providing field staff schedules, generating field files, securing necessary tools, ensuring safety requirements are met, and completing all field staff reports

·       Closing projects by addressing any repairs that may be required, any additional scope, additional quotes, final report, discuss future service contracts, and final client contact

·       Writing proposals and developing relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote growth

·       Performing other duties that help make UIS successful

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the Project Manager Position:

·       Project Management experience is preferred

·       Electrical Testing and Construction experience is preferred

·       Proven experience reading electrical drawings (equipment protection and control schematics)

·       Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite

·       Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
