The Project Manager (Telecom Solutions) Position
The Project Manager works alongside channel partners to grow and deliver Intwine Connect’s telecom solutions. The role combines channel development, project management, and customer support, and builds relationships with channel sales representatives and managing customer implementations from discovery through deployment and ongoing support.
The Project Manager drives growth and successful delivery of Intwine’s telecom solutions by recruiting and training channel sellers, supporting sales calls to define customer requirements and proposed solutions, and tracking opportunities through the sales process. The Project Manager leads each implementation, coordinating internal teams and the customer to ensure a smooth rollout and reliable ongoing service. Responsibilities include coordinating equipment, provisioning, number porting, portal configuration, and service activation, while serving as the customer’s primary point of contact throughout deployment and for post-installation troubleshooting.
The Project Manager is accountable for accurate, on-time deployments that meet customer expectations and receive documented customer signoff.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager Position
- Associates degree or experience in telecom, VoIP, project coordination, channel sales, customer support, or a related field is required
- Experience with number porting, service activation, device provisioning, telecom installations, and cloud-based business phone systems preferred
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, and project management systems preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust with customers and sales partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and opportunities while maintaining accurate records
- Comfortable learning technical products, configuring cloud-based portals, and performing initial troubleshooting
