We're seeking a dynamic Associate Hospitality Leader to join our world-class hospitality team at RH, where taste meets luxury and exceptional experiences are crafted daily. As an Associate Hospitality Leader, you'll support our leadership team in developing and executing business strategies while taking full ownership of the guest experience. You'll lead front-of-house operations, develop talent, and help establish RH as a global thought leader in luxury hospitality. This role is perfect for someone who sees answers in every problem and is driven to deliver exceptional results.

What You'll Do

• Lead Guest Experience Excellence: Take full responsibility for every aspect of the guest experience, ensuring world-class service that reflects RH's commitment to luxury and attention to detail
• Drive Front-of-House Operations: Oversee daily operations including training associates, managing equipment and facilities, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
• Develop and Inspire Teams: Conduct hiring interviews, provide mentoring and in-the-moment coaching, and lead pre-shift meetings to communicate business updates and values-driven messages
• Partner in Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the Hospitality Leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and elevate the RH experience
• Master Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive food and beverage expertise for every offering and guide associates to achieve the same level of knowledge
• Own Financial Accountability: Manage financial audits, paperwork, till cash, bank deposits, daily balancing, and tip tracking with precision and integrity
• Embrace Innovation: Adapt to change and deliver exceptional results while maintaining RH's standards of excellence, regardless of obstacles

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry with proven ability to drive results and develop teams
• Strategic mindset with ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with all levels of leadership in fast-paced environments
• Revenue-focused leadership with strong accountability for achieving specific financial goals and business metrics
• Exceptional communication skills with outstanding written and verbal abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Team-first mentality with an enthusiastic outlook, creative problem-solving abilities, and collaborative spirit
• Strong decision-making capabilities with the confidence to make impactful choices that support business objectives

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds while following safety protocols
• Comfortable working standing and walking for extended periods during 10-hour shifts
