• Lead and inspire the culinary team, fostering a positive culture and commitment to excellence
• Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure smooth, efficient kitchen operations

• Mentor and develop high-potential kitchen staff into future leaders
• Manage food quality, inventory, food cost control, and labor scheduling with precision

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Expertise in inventory management, food cost control, labor scheduling, and operational efficiencies
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate culinary teams
• A passion for maintaining consistently high food quality standards and creativity in menu execution
