Sous Chef
- Seasoned line cook + Sous Chef experience of 2+ years in full-service upscale casual – finer dining restaurant concepts
- This Sous Chef will be the #2 in command in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef
- Comfortable in their skills with being able to sautee, broil and make pasta
- Experience with cooking for banquets & private events is preferred
- Strong work ethic with the desire to always strive to learn & grow as a culinary professional
- Great communication skills
- Team player willing to step in wherever needed
- Ability to step in and not miss a beat if the Head Chef is not present in the kitchen
- Formally trained in culinary, Educated at a culinary institution
