We are looking for a District Manager!
Position Requirements
Must currently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Corning, Syracuse, or Binghamton, NY market
Multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience required
Wendy's experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead multiple restaurants while driving sales, profitability, operational execution, and people development
Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skillsExperience developing General Managers and building bench strength
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Monthly Bonus Program (TBD based on candidate experience and qualifications)

Preference will be given to candidates with experience from brands such as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, KFC, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, or similar high-volume QSR organizations.
